Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Raceacts Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use raceacts.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label form fields clearly

Known Gaps

Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside parties, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@raceacts.living and we will do our part to assist you.

Send Feedback

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@raceacts.living and tell us:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device, or assistive tool you used, if you know

We read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility never stops. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
