What We Expect

Homeowners count on a fair experience. In return for referrals, we expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require.
• Give honest, written quotes.
• Answer homeowner calls and requests with care.
• Be clear about what is and is not included in a price.
• Respect property, neighbors and utility lines.
• Never promise insurance outcomes they cannot control.

What You Get

Providers may receive homeowner calls and requests from people looking for tree work. You decide which jobs to take. You set your own prices. You do the work and manage the customer yourself.

We cannot promise a set number of calls or jobs. Demand rises and falls with weather and season.
